Q1：What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 2400 pieces per style and color for fully customized umbrellas. However, if you choose from our existing materials (such as available fabric colors, frames, or handles), the MOQ can be as low as 100 pieces. Please contact us to check the availability of stock materials.

Q2：Can I customize the umbrella with my logo or design?
Yes, we offer full customization including logo printing, fabric colors, handle styles, and packaging options.

Q3：What types of umbrellas do you offer?
We produce a wide range of umbrellas, including folding umbrellas, straight umbrellas, golf umbrellas, transparent umbrellas, and children’s umbrellas.

Q4：What is the production lead time?
For custom-made umbrellas, the standard lead time is 90–105 days FOB after sample approval and deposit. If you select from our existing materials, the lead time can be shortened to 30–45 days FOB depending on order quantity and production schedule.

Q5：Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, pre-production samples can be provided for approval. We offer up to 2 free samples, which may be refundable upon order confirmation. Shipping cost is to be covered by the customer, either by providing a valid courier account (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) or by prepaying the freight cost..

Q6：What is the payment term?
Our typical payment terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C or other terms may be negotiated for large orders.

Q7：Can I mix different colors or styles in one order?
Yes, you can mix colors or styles as long as each version meets the MOQ.

Q8：Are your umbrellas compliant with international quality standards?
Yes, we can produce umbrellas using materials that comply with international standards such as REACH, PROP65, or other specific requirements. However, these requirements must be clearly stated by the customer when placing the order, so we can source suitable compliant materials accordingly.

Q9：What packaging options are available?
Standard packaging is individual polybag. Custom packaging (e.g., gift box, sleeve, belly band) is available upon request.

Q10：Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping terms such as FOB, CIF, or DDP can be arranged depending on your location and requirements.
